Grade Level Graduation Success Coordinators (GSC)

Student Success Coordinators serve as academic intervention specialists who provide academic support, as well as referrals for emotional support and guidance around truancy. Focus Tier II: Supporting the whole grade as possible through Tier II practices, PBIS strategies, small group work sessions, info sharing and in class visits and in classes modeling student behavior and offering additional student support. In addition supporting students identified at the beginning of the year and provide regular connection with students around, attendance, family communication, staying involved in academics and projects happening in their classes, being another trusted adult in the building, and levy Goals.

1. Provide Tier 2 and 3 Social Emotional Support for students referred to the SIT team and/or high needs situations.

Restorative Circle Coordinators

1. Facilitate harm circles with staff and students to repair harmed relationships. 
2. Support students and staff in conflict resolution. 
3. Trusted adult and social-emotional support for students with multiple ACEs.

Jamil Harding: Student Family Advocate

1. Manage the Right Now Needs Fund.
2. Support Students and Family.  
3. Support our partnership with BCG (Bridging Cultural Gaps). 
4. Manage the physical space and distribution of goods in the Cleveland Closet.
