PTSA Red & White Auction June 1, 2024

Tickets for the Red & White Auction Are on Sale Now!

After a five-year hiatus, we’re thrilled to announce the return of the Red & White Auction! Join us Saturday, June 1st, at the Centilia Cultural Center an ADA compliant Center and accommodations are available upon request. Limited lot parking and street parking is available. The venue is located across the street from the Beacon Hill light rail station and Metro bus stop (Route 36).

About the Event

Join the Cleveland Eagles PTSA and Athletic Booster on Saturday, June 1 for a night of good food and fun to support Cleveland STEM High School students, staff, and athletic teams. Enjoy a taste of Beacon Hill with small plates from Carnitas Michoacan, CheBogz, Hiroshi’s Catering, and Perihelion Brewery, and nab a sweet treat during the Dessert Dash. Experience music and entertainment from community and student performers throughout the evening. Take part in the amazing silent auction, and raise the paddle to support Cleveland teachers, staff, and students.

This is a 21+ event. No minors may attend. Please email chseaglesptsa@gmail.com with any questions. Thanks! Early bird tickets are on sale now! Prices will increase to $65 for single tickets and $520 for a full table after May 10.

Help with Event Logistics

We need folks to assist with the many details that will help make the Red & White Auction as fun and stress free as possible.

• Signup for the Food & Beverage Team: Sign Up Today!
  • You will work with our Food & Beverage Chair to determine catering needs for the Red & White Auction, get bids from local restaurants, and figure out logistics for the day of the event (when food will be delivered, set up, etc.)
• Signup for the Technology Team: Sign Up Today!
  • You will work with our Auction Technology Chair to determine software and operational needs for the Red & White Auction, create a check-in and check out process for auction bidders, and manage day-of logistics.
• Signup for the Marketing & Communications Team: Sign Up Today!
  • You will work with our Marketing & Communications Chair to create print and digital materials to advertise Red & White Auction ticket sales, highlight exciting auction items, and support the program the day of the event (event program, PowerPoint, signage, etc.

Make Decorations

If you have a creative eye and love to make events extra special, this is the team for you!

• You will work with the Auction Co-Chairs to help create an overall look and feel for the event, source decorations (store bought, made by volunteers, or a mix of both), and set up on the day of the event.

Volunteer the Day of the Auction June 1

We will need help with set up and so much more! You will work with the Event Volunteer Manager on a specific set of duties.

• This includes:
  • Setting up tables and chairs, helping to decorate, monitoring the silent auction area, running the event slideshow, selling raffle tickets, and a billion other things we haven’t thought of yet!
  • We will have more details on volunteer shifts to share soon.

PTSA & Cleveland Booster Mission

The overall mission of the Cleveland PTSA & Athletic Booster is to support the students, faculty, coaches and staff with funding for basic needs like sports uniforms & equipment and other valuable student programs and activities sponsored by CHS staff that the Seattle School District cannot fund. The Cleveland Eagles PTSA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, EIN 91-1234418.
