City of Seattle Levy Goals and Outcomes
Goal: Partner with families and communities to advance educational equity, close opportunity gaps, and build a better economic future for Seattle students.
Outcome: African American/Black, Hispanic/Latino/x, Native American, Pacific Islander, underserved Asian populations, and other students of color achieve academically across the preschool to post-secondary continuum.
Grade Level –
Graduation Success Coordinators
Focused support for students identified throughout the year who has 2+ C’s or lower and have 60% or better attendance. Provide regular connection with students around staying involved in academics and projects happening in their classes – especially C+ or better in core classes. Attendance: Improve to 90% in class rates. Support students to make positive choices, show respect to others, be respected, and build pride in self and school. Family communication.

Circle Coordinator
- Facilitate harm circles with staff and students to repair harmed relationships.
- Support students and staff in conflict resolution.
- Trusted adult and social-emotional support for students with multiple ACEs.
Student Family Advocate
- Connect Students and families in need of support to community resources.
- Point of contact for students supported by McKinney-Vento (MKV). 3. Liaison for particular CBO’s that support students and families.
Social Worker
- Provide Tier 2 and 3 Social Emotional Support for students referred to SIT and/or high needs situations.
- Provide student and family support for all grades.
Levy Coordinator
- Support with Levy workbook and strategy.
- Levy academic supports.
- Librarian.
Cleveland HS Performance Measures
Academics: C+ or higher in core courses for all students.
Attendance: Improve our rate of students who are attending classes at least 90% of the time.
