Volunteer to Proctor Exams: PSAT, SAT & AP Exams

We need YOUR help!

Proctors are needed to help administer the PSAT and SAT in mid October 2026.

The PSAT and SAT will happen in mid-October and the AP Exams will happen May 3 – 7 & 10-14, 2027.

If you are willing and able to help with these, please complete the Volunteer application ASAP for a First Time Volunteer or a Returning Volunteer.

Once you have been cleared to volunteer, please email the Assessment Coordinator here at Cleveland, Kayla Barr: klbarrgraham@seattleschools.org. She will send you the training videos and provide more details about testing day.
