Our School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is a FREE service for students to get medical health care and is operated by King County Health Department and Kaiser Permanente, with funding support from the City of Seattle’s Families and Education Levy. For routine care, students need to complete a registration paperwork with their parent/guardian’s signature. The Health Center is staffed full time by a Nurse Practitioner, a Mental Health Counselor, and a Health Program Assistant. Please note that a parent/guardian signature is not needed for confidential care.
