    Posted on 06/19/2020

Cleveland School Based Health Center will be open on limited availability this summer.

Messages will be checked daily to weekly, and we will do our best to respond to your needs. Please leave a good phone number and name (spell your first and last name slowly) and the reason why you are calling.

If you have a more urgent matter that can’t wait, please contact any other resources listed below. For an emergent issue call 911.

Cleveland Teen Health Center is offering birth control refills, STD testing and treatment, pregnancy tests, other medication refills as needed and counseling. For medical care call 206-263-8317 to leave a message for Ms Aneta to follow up with you within 7 business days. Alternatively, you could also call and leave a message for our general Teen Health Center number and leave message for Ms Pam at 206-263-2608. Please listen to the recorded message carefully in case there is alternative contact information for covering medical provider.

For counseling, call 206-381-4182. These are confidential voice mails so please leave a message with the best phone number to reach you. If you are in crisis, call 911 or text 741741. If you have questions about Coronavirus illness, call your regular clinic or 206-477-3977. We hope you are well, and we are here to support you during this difficult time.
