Student-Led Conferences to be held Nov. 17, 19 and 21
    Posted on 10/28/2018
Student-Led ConferencesStudent-Led Conferences are a chance for students to reflect on their learning and present to their family members about their progress, and a chance for family members, advisors, and teachers to work in partnership.

Teachers will schedule a 20-minute appointment with each family in their advisory. The student should be the leading voice in this conference; if parents wish to follow up with other teachers, the advisory teacher will provide them with a CHS Directory and help them communicate with teachers. Parent/guardians are also encouraged to visit one of the ECHO tutorials held in Room 1162 to learn how to monitor their student's progress online.

Meetings times will vary by teacher, but the school will be open for conferencing during these times:
    Saturday, Nov. 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday, Nov 19 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Dinner will be available from 5-7 p.m. in the cafeteria for families and staff
    Wednesday, Nov. 21 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

If families cannot attend during any of the times provided, please work with your student's advisory teacher to find a mutually agreeable meeting day and time. Home visits are available at a family's request.

Deadline for SLC completion is December 3, 2018.
