Cover mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing then throw the tissue in the trash and wash hands.
Avoid contact with people who are sick.
Stay home while sick and avoid close contact with others.
SAT FOR JUNIORS
The School Day SAT for all Juniors is happening on Wednesday, March 4. Please arrive to school on time, well-rested, and ready to test. Pencils and calculators are provided, but students are welcome to supply their own that are approved by The College Board. Rosters will be placed in the hallway by Tuesday morning. See Ms. Kekuna in room 1141 if you have any questions.

Are you a musician? A singer or comedian? Can you do yo-yo tricks or slam poetry? The Class of 2020 is holding auditions for this year’s Seattle’s Got Talent showcase. Auditions will be held March 2-6 (NO AUDITIONS ON MARCH 4) from 4 to 4:45 p.m. in the Cleveland auditorium. Video submissions are also accepted. Cleveland PTSA's 12th Annual Red & White Auction will be held at the South Seattle College Brockey Center on Friday, April 24, 2020, beginning at 5:30 p.m. This year's theme is "All Eyes on Us." Cleveland's next ICO Outdoor trip will take students to Camano Island State Park on Saturday, March 7. Students will spend the day exploring the beaches, forest and trails, and get to cook a hot meal outdoors around a campfire! See Mr. Gandy for a permission slip today!

ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP NOW OPEN
The Cleveland High School Alumni Association is awarding scholarships to students who want to continue their education. To apply, go to our website and apply online. Application packages must be to the scholarship committee by April 9 for consideration. Funds may also be used for Technical/Vocational schools. SUSI BURDICK SCHOLARSHIP
Are you a high-achieving graduating senior who has shown leadership skills, academic achievement and has performed community service? This scholarship fund can help pay for you to attend college, community college or a technical school. It is a merit-based award between $3,000-$4,000 and is a one-time scholarship, with the money sent to the higher education institution directly for tuition. The application deadline is April 8.
